Artwork Guidelines

A little prep goes a long way. Here's what makes for clean, print-ready files.

Vector preferred. Adobe Illustrator (.AI), .EPS, or .SVG files give the cleanest reproduction across embroidery, silk screen, and heat transfer.
Raster minimums. If sending PNG, TIFF, or PDF, files must be at least 300 DPI at actual print size. Anything lower will look soft or pixelated on the final product.
Outlined fonts. Convert all text to outlines or curves before sending so we don't substitute the wrong typeface.
CMYK color mode for accurate color matching. Include Pantone (PMS) values if you have them.
Skip the AI-generated images. We see a lot of low-resolution, pixelated AI submissions that can't be printed cleanly. If you've used AI for concepts, upscale and vectorize the final art before sending.
Include a reference. A rough sketch, mockup, or photo of the desired product helps us recommend the right print method.
