What we collect
When you use our artwork upload form, we collect your email address, project name, any notes you provide, and the artwork files you submit. We do not collect any other personal information through this site.
How we use it
Your information is used solely to respond to your quote request and fulfill your custom merchandise order. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with anyone outside of the production process required to complete your order.
How long we keep it
Submissions and artwork files are retained for 24 months after our last contact with you, so we can reorder, reprint, or follow up if you come back. After that, files are deleted.
Third-party services
We use Plausible Analytics to measure aggregate, anonymous traffic to this website. Plausible does not use cookies and does not collect any personally identifiable information. When we add a file-storage provider for artwork uploads, we'll list it here.
Canadian and PIPEDA-compliant
BLK-T Shirt Co. is a Canadian company based in Vancouver, BC. We handle your information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
Requesting deletion
To request that we delete your information or artwork files from our records, email orders@blktshirt.ca. We'll confirm deletion within 30 days.
